Nina's Grandmaw's Corn Stew

My favorite childhood meal!


28-ounce bag frozen corn
1 12-ounce spaghetti
1 can Hunts Four Cheese Sauce
1 10-ounce can RO-TEL Original
1 1/2 pound SMOKED deli ham – cut on #5
Parmesan cheese (to taste)
1 stick butter
1 onion
3 tablespoons garlic

Nina's Grandmaw's Corn Stew without Parmessan cheese


Boil spaghetti for 6 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water, then set to the side.

In deep pot, add the corn and butter, RO-TEL Original and Hunts Four Cheese Sauce. Cut the deli ham in small chunks. Cook for 10 minutes on high. Remove from heat and add the spaghetti, then mix. Let it set with the lid on for 30 minutes. This allows the pasta to soak up the flavor. Serve with Parmesan cheese on top.
