Everyone loves this Cheesecake!
INGREDIENTS FOR CHEESECAKE CRUST
2 cups pecans
2 teaspoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon water
INGREDIENTS FOR CHEESECAKE
5 packs (or 8 ounces) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup sour cream
1 bag (or 11 ounces) of caramels
First prepare the crust. Put 2 cups pecans, brown sugar and cinnamon in a food processor and blend. Add butter and water, then blend. Get a 8-9″ pan ready. Apply a small amount of butter to the pan. Spread the pecan mixture and press firmly. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 15 minutes.
In a large bowl place the Philadelphia Cream Cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla. Mix well. Add eggs and sour cream and mix well. Pour the cream cheese mixture on top of the pecan crust and bake for 60 -70 minutes – depending on your oven.
In a bowl, add the caramels and water and place in a microwave with a plate under bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Apply to the caramel mixture to top of cheesecake. Store in refrigerator before serving.
Slice, serve and eat!
