Grilled Peaches and Cream

A bowl of peaches


Fresh peaches (soft and yellow)
Vanilla ice cream
Pam Cooking Spray

A plate of sliced peaches


With a small paring knife cut the peaches in half. Now this is the tough part: cut the seed out without cutting through the peach. Sometimes you can give a little twist to the peach to help it along. Remove the seed and this will leave a hole for the sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar.

Apply just a small dab of butter and spray the top of the grill with Pam Cooking Spray.

Grilled Peaches and Cream ready to eat

Place the peaches on the grill on low heat on the top rack for 30 minutes. Serve hot peaches with vanilla ice cream.
