CHOCOLATE KISS CAKE INGREDIENTS

2 cups sugar
3 cups all purpose flour
1 cup Hershey’s Cocoa

1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 stick butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups milk
4 eggs

CHOCOLATE KISS CAKE INSTRUCTIONS

Combine sugar, flour, Hershey’s Cocoa, salt and baking powder, then blend with a fork. In a separate bowl, add soft butter, vanilla, milk and eggs and then mix well with an electric mixer. Combine the wet and dry ingredients together and blend with an electric mixer.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes (depending on your oven).

Nina's Tip
When you remove the cake from oven, apply foil on top to keep the steam in. This will keep the cake moist. When the cake is completely cool, apply icing.

CHOCOLATE CREAME CHEESE FROSTING INGREDIENTS

1 – 8 ounce pack cream Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 stick butter, at room temperature
1 tablespoon vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup Hershey’s Cocoa

CHOCOLATE CREAME CHEESE FROSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all the ingredients with a hand mixer. Make you you scrape sides so you don’t miss any! Mix on low with an electric mixer and build to high speed after all ingredients are blended. Then, mix on high for 2 to 3 minutes until it’s creamy and no lumps. Then, apply the icing to your cake. Slice and serve!
