Coconut Custard Pie

A fresh baked Coconut Custard Pie

Nina’s favorite. If you like coconut you must try this easy and delicious pie!


5 eggs
1 stick butter at room temperature
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 cups sugar
10-ounce bag coconut
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 9-inch pie shell


Mix all ingredients and pour into the pie shell. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let completely cool before serving. EASY!
