Crawfish Dip

If you love crawfish, you’ll love this one! This is good as a dip or mixed with pasta, too.


2 onions
1 8-ounce cream cheese
4 ounces garlic
1 stick butter
1 pound crawfish tails
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 8-ounce can mushrooms
1 can water
Zatarain’s Creole Seasoning (Get your Zatarain’s HERE!)
1/2 cup flour


Sauté onion in butter. Add garlic, cream cheese, crawfish tails, mushroom soup, mushrooms and water. Sprinkle flour at the end to thicken it. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes on medium heat. Serve with crackers or French bread.
