Heavenly Hash Gooey Bars

INGREDIENTS FOR HEAVENLY HASH BARS

1 1/2 cup pecan halves
1 stick butter at room temperature
2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 eggs
1 10-ounce bag mini marshmallows

INSTRUCTIONS FOR HEAVENLY HASH BARS

Combine sugar, flour, cocoa and salt and mix together. Add room temperature butter, vanilla and eggs. Mix well. Pour onto a buttered 10 x 15 baking pan. Top with pecans and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Pull the rack out and top with marshmallows. Bake for another 10 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. While still hot drizzle chocolate fudge sauce on top. Let this completely cool before cutting into squares.

While the bars are baking, prepare the chocolate fudge sauce.

INGREDIENTS FOR CHOCOLATE FUDGE SAUCE

1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHOCOLATE FROSTING

Combine all ingredients on simmer on medium heat, stir constantly. This will become bubbly. Keep stirring for 7-8 minutes. When the bars and the chocolate sauce are hot, pour on top of marshmallows. Let completely cool before cutting into bars. Eat!
