3 delicious looking Muffulettas

A Muffuletta is an Italian sandwich, and New Orleans has a lot of Italian residents. It’s something Italians brought off the boat with them along with Stuffed Artichokes! When my best friend gets off the plane, the first thing she says is “Let’s go get a muffuletta!”

A plate of Muffulettas, some Mardi Gras beads, a plate of stuffed artichoke leaves, some fleur-de-lis plates, 3 King Cake cocktails and a Nina's Kitchen wood sign

INGREDIENTSNina with an alligator platter full of mini muffulettas

1 whole loaf of French bread
1 pound of Genoa salami
1 pound smoked ham
1 pound fresh sliced mozzarella cheese
Boscoli Italian Olive salad (Click HERE to buy some Boscoli’s.)

Slice the French bread long ways. Then, layer ham, salami and mozzarella cheese on the French bread. Spread a generous amount of Boscoli Italian Olive salad on the ingredients. Place in the oven for 8 minutes on 350 degrees, just to warm the bread. Serves 6 to 8 people.
